Troubleshooting

Can't find OFX/QFX download option?

Try looking for "Export", "Download transactions", "Account activity", or "Quicken" options. Some banks place this feature in different locations.

File won't open or import?

Ensure the file has a .ofx or .qfx extension. If your browser adds extra extensions like .txt, rename the file to remove them.

Bank doesn't support OFX/QFX?

Some smaller banks or credit unions might not offer OFX downloads. Contact your bank's customer service to ask about transaction export options, or consider manual entry for those accounts.
